Products are shipped via FedEx or U.S. Priority Mail where possible. We do not ship to P.O. Box. All addresses must be a physical address. Any order submitted with a P.O. Box will be placed on hold until a non-P.O. Box address can be obtained via email.
We offer a variety of shipping options - whether you prefer Ground or require Next Day Air. Please be sure to specify shipping method at the time of purchase.
Free Ground Shipping
Receive free FedEx Ground Shipping on all orders $40 or greater when shipped within the Continental USA. (FedEx Ground Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days.) ($12.00 charge will add to all shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.)
Shipping Standards
Products are shipped directly from Herbalife warehouses and follow Herbalife's Standard Operating Procedures. General shipping standards are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.
- Orders placed before 12:00pm PST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders normally are shipped the SAME day.
- Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders normally ship the NEXT business day.
- Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.
- Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.
- Occasionally, popular items are backordered at the Herbalife warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand if an item is on backorder. The backordered item will be shipped separately via USPS. Backordered items cannot be cancelled or expedited once the order is sent to the Herbalife warehouse. If the backordered item was part of a largeer Next Day or 2-Day shipping order, we cannot give you credit for the extra shipping charges for the partial order since Herbalife does not credit us.
- Orders SHIPPED on a Friday using FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day, will arrive on Monday or Tuesday respectively (Next business day.) Orders shipped with FedEx Overnight service will arrive by 3:00pm the next business day.
- Additional fees may apply for international orders.

Warehouse shipping days are Monday - Friday. All orders will be shipped on the next business day, whenever possible.
